Fund documents

Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) The Cromwell Healthcare Property Fund is open to applications using the PDS dated 27 May 2024. For investment of $10,000 and above.
Target Market Determination (TMD) The Fund’s target market are investors who have a high risk and return profile and are seeking a long-term investment for a satellite allocation of their portfolio, which is offering income distributions with the potential for capital growth. Investors who require access to their capital prior to the winding up of the Fund, anticipated to be within 5 to 7 years of Fund commencement, are not in the target market.
